    Stimulate and strengthen deep connective tissue during yin yoga. This is a more passive practice that consists of floor-based postures that are held for longer lengths of time. Enjoy the practice in warm room with relaxing music. 60min

  • SPA Yoga

    A slow-flow, floor-based, whole-body sensory experience based on Fluid Yoga sequencing. By engaging all five of the senses with soft candlelight, soothing music, aromatherapy, lots of hands-on assists and a renewed awareness of taste (and sometimes chocolate!), SPA aligns practitioners with the inner wisdom of deep relaxation. The physical practice takes time to open the body’s subtle energy and prepares students to experience new depths of awareness in an extended, guided savasana or YogaNidra. During SPA Yoga®, you may discover extra hands on assists and massages, a calming candle lit room atmosphere, delightful scents and beautiful music in the background. 60min

    A breath-based mindful movement practice that brings us home to our body, breath, and mind, in the present moment. A mindful flow that invites us to practice slowing down and moving with more awareness, balance, and grace. 60min

  • Family Yoga

    This class gives kids from 3 years old and up a warm welcome to yoga. In these family yoga classes, you and your child will practice yoga poses, breathwork & mindfulness together while also playing fun yoga inspired games. Our imaginations will be hard at work as we practice together in a way that is both beneficial & fun for all!

  • Flow to Restore

    A blending of two styles. Start off with fluid movement and breath, utilizing a variety of poses in a flowing fashion then take the time to slow down and passively stretch the body in a more restorative style. 60min
