  • Rae / Co-Owner

  • Jodi / Studio Manager

Jodi’s teaching style is upbeat and authentic. She creates a safe space for you to challenge yourself to go beyond your comfort zone both physically and mentally, while listening to great music and having fun! Jodi offers many modifications so that all of her classes are accessible to all levels and abilities.

Jodi discovered yoga at a time when she was really struggling with anxiety and depression. She was surprised by how yoga allowed her to stay connected to her body while also working through hard things; on and off her mat. This led her down a path of self-discovery, healing, and the desire to share her knowledge with others.

Jodi is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher (RYT 200). She completed her training through Gypsea Yoga School in Costa Rica. Jodi also has her 50 hour Yin Yoga certification from Summers School of Yin Yoga, and her First Degree Reiki certification from Platinum Ray Academy.

  • Stephanie

Stephanie is an RYT 500(Registered Yoga Teacher – Yoga Alliance), having completed her 300 hour teacher training at Home Yoga and 200 hour teacher trainings with both Fluid Yoga and Prasada Yoga in the vinyasa flow style. Stephanie is also certified to teach SPA YOGA® (restorative vinyasa), Healing Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga and Children’s Yoga. Additionally, she is a Usui Reiki Master. Stephanie began practicing yoga regularly in the late 90s to find relief from sciatica brought on by long distance running, and was reintroduced to the vinyasa flow style in 2015.

Having a dance background, Stephanie found that the flow of movement in the vinyasa practice resonated with her deeply. Since the beginning of her practice, yoga and meditation helped her find a balance with mind, body, and spirit, and allowed her to embrace life’s inevitable challenges with more ease, grace, and the capacity to care for others.

Stephanie brings her calm, good-humored nature and love of movement into her teaching, and considers it a great joy to share the benefits of the practice with others. In her classes you can expect a beautiful vinyasa flow ending with a peaceful savasana.

  • Kym

Kym absolutely loves yoga, it's been part of her life for about 10 years, but who's counting :). Ever since she found yoga (or yoga found her) Kym has rebuilt her confidence, and finally began to live life. She is still so blown away by how moving the body in a mindful way could change moods, reduce tension and pain, reduce stress and even help boost immunity with pranayama (breathing techniques). As a massage therapist and Reiki Practitioner, Kym was familiar with breathing techniques and the connection between body and mind. Yoga went deeper for her! She was able to physically move stagnant energy, and able to soften in places that she didn't even know needed to be softened.

Yoga milked the body and mind connection through breath awareness. Kym’s heart intention is to promote wellbeing while supporting and holding space for you in a safe environment that is being created within you, by you, for you, on your inward YOURney.

  • Tabatha

Tabatha has practiced yoga off and on for the last 25 years, but the last 6 years is really when she found her happy place. Taking a slower, more mindful approach to the practices he was able to add it to her life consistently. She is 200hr certified and that training has been an impactful, powerful journey of self-love while healing through yoga, self-care and meditation.

While in yoga teacher training, she never thought she would fall in love with teaching. The most joyful part of teaching is getting people to step into the studio and feel they can practice yoga in a comfortable, noncompetitive and judgment free space. The only thing better than that is to see her students to continue to show up for themselves and learn to make yoga part of a healthier, happier lifestyle!

Yoga is the art work of awareness on the canvas of body, mind, and soul. – Amit Ray
